By installing or using DocPilot you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall the extension and cease use. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
DocPilot is a personal productivity tool for filling online forms using your own information. Use is strictly personal and non-commercial unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must not use DocPilot to: (a) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) complete graded academic assessments, exams, quizzes, or any evaluation where AI assistance is prohibited; (d) circumvent third-party platform terms of service; (e) engage in any unlawful activity; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the service. Violation may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.
DocPilot uses AI which may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate results. You are solely and exclusively responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI-generated content before submission. DocPilot makes no warranty that outputs are accurate, suitable, or fit for any purpose. Submitting AI-generated content without review is entirely at your own risk.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel anytime via Manage Billing before your renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused fills, or plan downgrades. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
DocPilot and all associated software, designs, and content are owned by DocPilot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal use only.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time, without notice or liability, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use DocPilot ceases immediately.
DocPilot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DocPilot, its creators, officers, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or reputation — arising from use or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DocPilot and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
